It's important to understand that REVIEWS.peeper.com, as the data processors, are the ones who receive invitations from the company (Client) asking their customers/users to leave a review of their experience with the company on those sites (and vice versa). Reviewers have agreed to our User Privacy Policy when they write a review, so once that review is published, Reviewspeeper.com become the data controller.
If you wish to cancel your REVIEWSpeeper.com subscription at any time, you must give 30 days written notice of cancellation. As long as we don't receive written confirmation from you, we'll keep billing you for the ongoing service. You can send an email to us. Once the account has been activated, billing will begin.
Your membership and access licence are based on the calendar month in which you have been a member. In other words, the following is true. Please note that if any notice period is specified in these terms and conditions, it will be counted from the date of receipt.
User Content, including, but not limited to, claims of defamation, offensiveness, or other harm, shall not be brought by the Client against REVIEWSpeeper.com For any loss or damage incurred by REVIEWSpeeper.com as a result of any such claim, the Client shall indemnify and hold REVIEWSpeeper.com harmless. This indemnification obligation applies whether the claim comes from the Client, any of Client's affiliated entities, or any of its or their officers and directors; employees; contractors; agents; shareholders; and other associated third parties.
In the event of death or personal injury caused by the negligence or fraud of one of the parties, the other party will not be liable for any loss that is not permitted to be excluded or limited by English law.
There will be no liability for any losses or damages resulting from any loss of profits or revenues, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill and reputation or loss of data.

The reviewer has no claim to any kind of compensation for their work, including but not limited to, royalties. To our clients at REVIEWSpeeper.com, we have complete freedom to use and distribute any content we want without restriction. It is our non-exclusive right to freely use the user-generated content (UGC) created without any time limit or territorial limitations.
That REVIEWSpeeper.com cannot be held responsible for the reviews and comments that appear on the website, you agree to this agreement. Please email support@reviewspeeper.com if you want to remove a review or have a problem with the website.
